This hybrid conference, offering both live virtual workshop sessions and in-person peer-to-peer learning sessions, is crafted specifically for teaching and non-teaching assistants, and co-teachers. It is also relevant for teachers who work with teaching assistants or co-teachers. The purpose of this conference is to help participants to improve their skills, enabling them to become catalysts for success in the classroom.
Upon signing up, the participants can attend all the live virtual workshop sessions AND in-person peer-to-peer learning sessions at their chosen location. The peer-to-peer learning sessions will be held simultaneously in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. PeerSphere members may attend this hybrid conference for free.

Live Virtual Workshop Sessions
February 24-27 & March 3-6 Mondays to Thursdays 3:35 PM – 5:50 PM (China Time)
Each day begins with a short keynote speech followed by four presentations (two in English while the other two in Chinese). Delivered by highly experienced educators and peers, the focus will be on practical skills such as classroom management, teaching strategies, co-planning, communication skills, collaboration, assessment and feedback, use of technology, leadership, and professional development. Participants are welcome to attend as many sessions as their schedule allows.
In-Person Peer-to-Peer Learning Sessions
March 22, Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Xi’an: Xi’an Hanova International School Shanghai: Host School TBD Guangzhou: Host School TBD Kuala Lumpur: Host School TBD Singapore: Host School TBD
These sessions will take place simultaneously in the above locations. Participants will share what they have learned from the virtual workshops and discuss how to apply these lessons to their work. Additionally, these sessions provide an opportunity to meet and network with friends and counterparts from other international schools.
