Our Purpose
We build thriving communities of education professionals, who collaborate to solve problems. In these communities, members discuss timely and relevant topics and share resources that will immediately benefit them and their school. Over time, our members develop strong and lasting connections with other professionals who can support each other long into the future.
Member Feedback so far
We have received feedback from 300+ members with a satisfaction score of 4.3 / 5, and 88% of respondents rating 4 and above. We are delighted that almost all participants are getting value from their sessions.
What we know is working well:
- Practical and relevant learning from others in a similar role.
- Session Previews & Session Summaries communicate the purpose and impact
- Professional and authentic hosts.
What we’re still working on:
- Ensure all sessions move beyond philosophical discussions with practical take-aways.
- Higher attendance so there’s a diverse range of viewpoints in every session.
- All participants engaging in activities and discussions with cameras on.

Our members want to make strong connections and walk away from live sessions with a new idea, perspective, or resource. This is happening in sessions when we have high attendance with all members engaging with cameras on. Please make every effort to attend sessions live and be ready to lean in and contribute to the discussions and activities as much as you can. Live sessions are a lot like going to the gym: The hardest part is showing up but when we do it feels so good!
