Centered around the theme “Forge Ahead Together: Building Professional Relationships,” the conference emphasizes the importance of strong connections among non-teaching staff, essential for effective communication, mutual support, and enhancing our roles in the ever-evolving world of international schools.
This event is free and open to all PeerSphere members and ISS EDUlearn Passport Holders.

Conference Agenda
June 24-27, 2025, Tuesday to Friday
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (China Time)
Each day begins with a short keynote speech followed by six presentations (three in English and three in Chinese). Delivered by highly experienced administrative leaders and professionals, the focus will be on general topics such as effective communications, building trust, use of AI for daily work, leadership and job-specific topics such as Building a Strong Brand Identity for an International School (Admissions & Marketing), Workplace Wellness (HR), Building a Technologically Smart Campus: Enhancing Efficiency, Learning, and Sustainability (Facilities Management & Operations), Optimizing Tuition Fee Structure for Sustainability (Finance).
Participants are welcome to attend as many sessions as their schedule allows.
PeerSphere extend an invitation for you to submit a proposal for a presentation at our annual conference dedicated to non-teaching staff leaders and members.
We are welcoming proposals from presenters until April 15 (Tuesday). As a token of appreciation, presenters will be eligible for a special discount on conference registration.
