In November, you'll be paired with a peer who complements your professional needs and goals. Whether you want to be matched with someone in the same role or not, we've got you covered. Together, you and your partner will embark on a journey of mutual growth and support.
Set Your Own Schedule
Agree with your partner when and how often to meet. Customize your sessions to fit your mutual availability and needs.
Ongoing Support
We'll train you in the basics of the STRIDE coaching model and offer live check-in sessions. Beyond the scheduled sessions, you'll have access to a supportive community where you can ask questions and share resources any time.
Develop Vital Skills
Develop vital leadership skills like active listening, paraphrasing, and questioning. Support someone else's development while gaining clarity on your own priorities.
Peer Coach
By guiding and supporting peers, coaches enhance their leadership abilities and gain valuable experience in coaching that contributes to their own professional growth.
Peer Coachee
Coachees benefit from personalized guidance and insights, helping them to quickly develop new skills and approaches, and overcome challenges in their educational careers.
