This Pre-conference session will introduce essential leadership tools and resources to Heads of Faculty, Year Level Leaders, Pastoral Leaders and Coordinators. This Pre- conference is open to all paid conference delegates and is free for PeerSphere members. If you aren’t a PeerSphere member, you can convert your Pre-conference registration fee into an annual membership.

Participants will learn from peer presenters sharing their strategies for how to prepare their team for the year ahead, as well as share resources and experience with other participants.
This peer sharing and learning event is designed for international school staff, including administrative staff and other non-teaching personnel. This event offers a unique opportunity for all staff to enhance their intercultural skills, reflect on how they can improve relationships across the school, and share strategies for effectively contributing to a positive school environment.
This is a social event for ACAMIS PLC/PeerSphere members that will take place the evening before the Spring Leadership Conference and will be hosted by Venture Education.
