This hybrid conference, offering both live virtual workshop sessions and in-person peer-to-peer learning sessions, is crafted specifically for non-teaching staff members and leaders. Whether you’re in administration, operations, or another non-teaching role, this event is your platform to strengthen your professional network and contribute to the success of our international school community.
Centered around the theme “Forge Ahead Together: Building Professional Relationships,” the conference emphasizes the importance of strong connections among non-teaching staff, essential for effective communication, mutual support, and enhancing our roles in the ever-evolving world of international schools.
Upon signing up, the participants can attend all the live virtual workshop sessions AND in-person peer-to-peer learning sessions at their chosen location. The peer-to-peer learning sessions will be held simultaneously in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. This event is free and open to all PeerSphere members.
This conference is a unique opportunity to connect with colleagues from diverse school settings, engage in workshops, and explore strategies for cultivating meaningful connections.

Live Virtual Workshop Sessions
April 7-10, 14-17, Mondays to Thursdays
3:35 PM – 5:50 PM (China Time)
Each day begins with a short keynote speech followed by four presentations (two in English while the other two in Chinese). Delivered by highly experienced administrative leaders and professionals, the focus will be on general topics such as effective communications, building trust, use of AI for daily work, leadership and job-specific topics such as Building a Strong Brand Identity for an International School (Admissions & Marketing), Workplace Wellness (HR), Building a Technologically Smart Campus: Enhancing Efficiency, Learning, and Sustainability (Facilities Management & Operations), Optimizing Tuition Fee Structure for Sustainability (Finance).
Participants are welcome to attend as many sessions as their schedule allows.
PeerSphere extend an invitation for you to submit a proposal for a presentation at our annual conference dedicated to non-teaching staff leaders and members.
We are welcoming proposals from presenters until December 31 (Tuesday). As a token of appreciation, presenters will be eligible for a special discount on conference registration.
