Matthew is a strategic people leader and educator focusing on building collaborative, creative, and caring environments that empower students and colleagues. As a Holistic Education leader and teacher of Art & Design he is always looking to continue shaping contemporary education practices through professional development and collaboration opportunities.

One of his biggest passions is student leadership and he works with various student leaders in my school to both promote their vision, and ensure serving an inclusive community of learners effectively. Matthew aims to build self-confidence and inspire students to live up to their potential, by modelling effective leadership and making sure that they feel valued and supported along the way.
