Liam Benjamin

Liam Benjamin is a passionate educator with 20 years of experience. After completing his MA in Literacy and Learning he has worked in the U.K, Beijing and is now based in Singapore. He has a keen interest in the power of picture fiction, graphic novels and mixed media.

Megan Wills

Megan taught for 5 years in the UK, teaching Year 4, 5, and 6, followed by 4 years teaching in Early Years at her first International School in China. Currently, she is the English Lead of the EY school, overseeing Reading, Writing, and Phonics teaching from Nursery to Year 2. Throughout her 9 years of teaching, Megan has learned a great deal from many amazing and experienced teachers who have inspired her love for teaching and learning, especially in the field of Literacy. Fostering a love for literacy requires a collaborative effort involving parents, the community, and wider society. Megan believes that literacy not only nurtures language skills but also fosters critical thinking, empathy, and self-discovery. This is why our job of encouraging a love for learning is so important!
