Inclusive Workplaces (DEIJ)

Generative and collaborative Peer Learning Community for Inclusive Workplaces

Welcome to our Inclusive Workplace DEI community, where every one of us is a leader—whether by title or through the power of our relationships, we can contributively lead with those around us. Together, we’ll seek to understand culturally responsive practices and explore what inclusive school cultures feel and look like. Grounded in Equity Leadership Dispositions, our community encourages action-oriented equity work within our own spheres of influence while providing a supportive space to uplift one another. Let’s creatively explore, share, and be true to our growing edges together
