Generative and collaborative Peer Learning Community for Women in Leadership
At the heart of our Women in Education Leadership community is a safe, collaborative space for women who hold any position of leadership to learn from each other, share tools and ideas, and meet like-minded people who share similar experiences. Whether you’re looking to expand your leadership skills, develop new strategies or simply connect with like-minded individuals, through facilitated discussions and peer support, members of this community will gain new insights and discover new ways of leading with authenticity and purpose. When we connect we can create, and in this community, we will raise the awareness of what it is to lead as women in the sphere of education.

Claire Peet
Claire is an international educator and certified coach who works for a large education group in China to develop learning pathways that serve the organisation’s 3000 employees. Claire has worked in education for 15 years where her passion for school improvement and transformation has enabled a transition from school-based senior leadership into organisation-wide roles.
She focuses on developing professional learning strategies, talent retention programmes and succession planning structures that support organisational and individual progression and capacity building.
Samantha Chesler
Samantha Chesler is a certified and experienced coach in education who works with international school leaders and teachers. Her coaching seeks to help her clients discover the power, purpose and magic that resides within them so that they can teach and lead with self-awareness, and confidence. The importance of coaching, and what drives her, is the impact coaching can have both on the individual and their communities, so schools become impactful, values-driven and compassionate places to work and thrive. Her approach is playful, creative, and collaborative. As a former international teacher and head of department with over 16 years of experience, she understands the reality of working in a busy school and loves coaching and working with educators. She is based in Singapore.
