Nikita Nagel

Nikita Nagel is a dedicated grade 5 teacher currently based in Zhuhai, China, with a background in education that began in New Zealand. With experience in upper elementary teaching, Nikita is passionate about advancing practices and pedagogy to foster student engagement and learning. Her expertise spans diverse educational settings, blending innovative strategies from her New Zealand roots with insights gained in China. Nikita is committed to supporting fellow educators in exploring effective teaching methods and sharing valuable resources to enhance classroom experiences.

Greg Smith

Greg Smith is currently the Vice President of International Schools Services, based in Shenzhen, China. He was most recently the Head of Shekou International School and has been in senior educational leadership roles. In his current role he works with a large number of schools across the Asia Pacific region in a multitude of ways. He also has a long history in working with peer learning and mentorship projects.
