作为助理，我们很擅长做自己的工作，也很善于激发老板和同事表现出最佳状态。我们孜孜不倦地学习、服务大家、为社区发展作出贡献。我们是一群值得信任的人儿，我们不放过任何细节，也不会让任何事情不了了之。
并且请知晓，我们不是普通保姆。我们有满脑子的绝佳建议、我们有非同一般的影响力、我们甚至是未来的领导之星——那种有深刻洞见的领导——因为我们曾经在一线和各位底层员工奋战，我们很清楚现场状况，我们知道有哪些痛点和难处。

Sophia (Keqing) Deng
Sophia Deng是土生土长的广东人，在北京学习和工作了10年，后在深圳哈罗担任行政经理。Sophia在双语学校和国际学校共有8年的行政工作经验，非常热衷于和来自多国多文化的人们建立关系，以及展开教育事业。她相信行政员工也可以在国际学校里得到长足的发展。作为中层管理的新手，她非常希望能和其他新手，或者即将成为管理新手的伙伴们一起交流成长。 2024-25学年开始，Sophia在美国霍普金斯大学教育学院就读研究生，专攻国际教育和全球领导力。
Grace Mo
Grace来自中国广东东莞。深根国际教育行业12年。喜欢与拥有不同文化背景的人交流。Grace拥有美国弗雷明翰州立大学国际教育硕士学位。毕业后，Grace一直从事教育工作。Grace拥有7年教学经验，5年总校长助理经验。Grace乐意与大家分享她在国际学校中的所见所闻以及她在行政岗位上的一些心得。Grace相信，行政人员是推动学校发展不可或缺的部分，更是为学生提供优质教育的重要因素。
