Operations and Facilities Management (English)

Generative and collaborative Peer Learning Community for Operations and Facilities Management

Like all organizations, service-providing and real estate-owning schools must ensure that their facilities and equipment operate safely and are effectively maintained so that they can operate beyond their life cycle. Facilities management needs to work with and understand the requirements of different school stakeholders. Similarly, instructional and non-instructional staff need to work with facilities management to understand resource and time constraints.
