Johnnie Whang
黄维才 (Johnnie Whang) 曾在北京一所1400名学生的国际学校担任项目设施和服务管理负责人11年，该学校为国际文凭（IB)项目提供幼儿园到12年级的服务。所负责的内容为校园内非教职人员的运营管理工作，包括学校设施设备运营与维护、清洁、活动后勤、安全与健康、校车、剧场技术支持、餐饮、游泳池运营、运动场所维护、汽膜设施、湿地、景观运营维护等。
自2017年以来，在北京一所著名的大学校园内担任全球学生住宿管理公司的现场运营总监。所负责的项目为一所涵盖了世界各国留学生与本地学生、教学与住宿一体化的书院式大楼，学生在此攻读硕士学位。主要负责内容为楼宇的日常运营管理工作，包括现场2个住场供应商的工程、清洁、安保和餐厅运营、财务、宿舍运营及采购工作的监督和管理。
对教育学院和机构的规划和运营管理工作有着深入的体会，因为它涉及到很多利益相关者、孩子、家长、教师和团体社区，工作中会不断的受到监督和意见反馈。安全和健康是教育机构的一个重要方面，需要考虑到不同年龄段的安全需求和注意事项。
