New to Senior Leadership (Elementary)

Generative and collaborative Peer Learning Community for New to Senior Leadership

This community will provide a platform for collaboration and discussion between staff who are new to Senior Leadership, and working across Asia. The role of a Senior Leader is incredibly broad, and the focus of our meetings will be driven by the attendees. The following themes will remain a focus throughout:

  • How can we develop a shared understanding of learning in our schools?
  • How can we use research to implement positive change across our schools?
  • Quality assurance – how can we ensure a high standard of teaching for our learners?
  • Communication – what makes effective communication and how can we develop this within ourselves and others?

Through solution-focused discussions, we will explore the challenges and successes of our roles and develop a professional network that aims for its members to support each other and grow professionally.
