Adam McRoy

Adam McRoy is a seasoned educational leader with a career dedicated entirely to advancing education. Currently serving as the Headmaster at Cogdel Cranleigh School Changsha, Adam has been shaping the educational landscape in China since 2002. With a career that began early, he took on his first educational leadership role aged 24 and became a Headmaster at 29. Adam’s experience includes roles as an Associate Professor at Northeastern University, a Visiting Scholar at Pepperdine University, and a former IELTS Examiner and Examiner Trainer. Adam is a founding member of the NESSIC advisory board and is eagerly anticipating his role as co-host of the NESSIC Heads of School Community, where he will continue to foster collaboration and leadership among educational professionals.

Greg Smith

Greg Smith is currently the Vice President of International Schools Services, based in Shenzhen, China. He was most recently the Head of Shekou International School and has been in senior educational leadership roles. In his current role he works with a large number of schools across the Asia Pacific region in a multitude of ways. He also has a long history in working with peer learning and mentorship projects.
