Carrie Qian
Carrie Qian 是一位经验丰富的国际汉语教师，致力于支持教师的专业发展，建立专注于持续进步和协作的团队。 Carrie Qian目前任职于耀中外籍人员子女学校，曾担任专业发展主任，培养了以学生为中心的专业学习的协作文化。她积极参与校内外的中文教育培训，将教学一线的实践经验与教师们分享。例如，Acamis、国际学校华语教育研讨会和ISCLE等。Carrie还曾参加过两届Senior Leader Online Programme，积累了丰富的同侪分享交流和指导经验。 目前，她担任耀中小学的课程主任，致力于在国际学校中提升和优化汉语教育，推动其卓越发展。
Teresa Li
拥有美国留学经历并取得TESOL教育学专业硕士学位，现任上海国际学校小学部主任，具有十年以上上海本地国际学校中文教学经验。我不仅对小学课程体系的构建有着深厚的理解，还在设计单元课程与教学法研究方面多次受邀在国际学校华语教育研讨会、ACAMIS等重要场合进行分享。 熟悉国际学校的工作及管理流程，能够与外籍教师及领导默契配合。对不同文化背景的学生、家长及同事有着良好的适应能力，具备卓越的跨文化交际能力。在二语教学领域，我进行了深入的研究，并积累了丰富的教学实践策略。擅长根据学生的学习特点，采用差异化的教学方法，调动课堂气氛，拥有成熟的教学技巧和驾驭课堂的能力。 多年来我始终保持对教学的热情，期待与各位老师一起不断追求专业成长和进步！
