Kay McCabe
Kay McCabe is the Director of Learning and Teaching at Nexus International School, where she leads professional development initiatives and shapes the vision for teaching and learning while overseeing the Innovation Team. With over 18 years of experience in both UK and international educational settings, Kay has refined her pedagogical approach through inquiry-based teaching and real-world applications in humanities subjects. She is committed to integrating curriculum development with evidence-based practices to enhance educational outcomes and actively facilitates workshops that empower educators to adopt innovative strategies.
Rachel Lockyer
Rachel Lockyer is currently Deputy Head, Academic at Marlborough College, Malaysia in Johor. She is a passionate believer in working together to promote professional development focussed around teaching and learning, and is always looking for new ways to collaborate and develop best practice in the classroom. Rachel has taught from Y2 to Y8 in a number of schools, both in the UK and internationally and over time has been the subject lead for English, maths, science and wellbeing.
